Delivery & Returns

🌿 Delivery Policy

We are a home-studio plant shop offering local delivery within Richmond, KY
 

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday.
Once your order is placed, we'll confirm your delivery day and approximate time window.
Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2:00 pm

Delivery Fees

Delivery fee is $12.00 for anywhere within Richmond, KY
Your fee will be added at checkout or shared when you place your order.

 

Delivery Instructions

You’re welcome to leave a note with special delivery instructions (gate code, preferred drop-off spot, etc.).

If no one is home, we will leave the plant in a safe, shaded location when possible.
Please bring plants indoors as soon as possible to avoid weather-related damage.

Apartment/Condo Deliveries

For apartments and condos, we may need entry instructions or to meet at the lobby/front door, depending on building access.
 

Missed Deliveries

If we cannot complete delivery due to incorrect address, no access, or unsafe landing spot, we will contact you to reschedule.
A re-delivery fee may apply.

🌱 Return & Refund Policy

Because we work with living plants, returns work a little differently than typical retail. We want you to love your new plant, and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.
 

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns on plants — once a plant leaves our care, we can’t ensure its environment or handling.

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will gladly replace or issue store credit when appropriate.
 

Plant Guarantee

Plants are living things and natural variations will occur. We provide care instructions and are always happy to help troubleshoot plant care issues — but we cannot guarantee plant lifespan once it leaves our studio.
 

Cancelling an Order

We start preparing orders soon after they’re placed.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations may not be possible once your plant has been prepared or delivery is en route.
